REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want every Everything Littles purchase to feel like a small treasure. If something isn't right, here's how to make it right.

30-day return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

What's eligible for return

  • Unopened items in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

What's NOT eligible for return (final sale)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale once opened or removed from their original packaging:

  • All silicone toys, teethers, and feeding products
  • All wooden grooming sets
  • Any item that has been used, washed, chewed, or otherwise opened

This is consistent with industry standards for products that come into contact with infants and children. We hope you understand.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at elly@everythinglittles.com with photos and your order number, and we'll replace it at no cost or issue a full refund (including original shipping). No need to return the damaged item.

How to start a return

  1. Email elly@everythinglittles.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or arrived damaged.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund timing

After your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows a package was delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors, your front desk, or other household members. If after 48 hours it still hasn't turned up, contact us at elly@everythinglittles.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it. We're not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we'll do our best to help.
